First of all i would like to say that my husband and i have travelled quite often and are not very picky. We love the sunshine and have stayed in some not so nice places to get it! Last March we travelled with our children 12 and 16 and stayed at the Travel Lodge. What a mistake!!!! It's the biggest... more

It was just a nasty hotel, rooms are dirty, carpet is really dirty. there are roaches in the rooms. We were moved from the room the same night that we arrived because the TV burned out! and we were moved to a parking lot view, they didn't give us a discount or anything. My recomendation: Stay somewhere else. more

We got lost in St Pete trying to find the hotel. I called them to ask for directions.. the guy had no clue how to tell us to get there... it turned out we were 2 streets over! How many ways can you say NO WAY! The first night, the people beside us had their music as loud as it... more

My husband and I stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend. We had a room overlooking the courtyard. Our room had central a/c. The rooms by the pool did not. The pool was quite large and clean. I think there could have been more lounge chairs and tables and chairs by the pool. There were two large piles of... more

What the heck? It's not a Hilton but nor are you paying Hilton prices! Our room was clean, you walk right out to the beach, the tiki bar was fun and lots of places to eat close by. We were there 3 nights ove 4th of July and have no regrets. more

After staying 2 nights at the Travelodge in Clearwater (Go read THAT review), I booked 2 nights here for the weekend of June 20-22. Got connecting rooms. one was supposed to be a kitchen. It had a microwave, fridge and sink. No cooking surfaces (burners). Certainly not a kitchen by my standards. Electric outlets in "kitchen area" didn't work. Beverages... more

Although I was a little hesitant to book the St. Pete Beach Travelodge based on a few negative reviews, I took a leap and booked a five-night stay. I have absolutely no regrets. The room was very clean, the pool was nice, the beach was great and the staff was polite and helpful. The location of the property was very... more

First, I have to tell you that the trip from the airport to the hotel is very easy to navigate by car. Upon arrival, I noted that the lobby is very pleasing and the desk staff was very accomodating. I had an efficiency and the room and appliances were very clean. There is a Publix and other stores down the... more

I just planned my 3rd visit to the Travelodge in St. Pete beach, Fl, and I wanted to read the lastest reviews. I am really shocked at what some people are saying. I have been there twice and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was very clean. Never had a bug problem. Never had an issue with the A/C.... more
