No problems here....we checked in early, had a great time at the pool and the beach. The hotel is next to the best restaurant in Pass A Grille The Hurricane. My husband and I just returned from vacation with our 5yr. old grandaughter and we had the best vacation ever. The atmosphere at the Keystone, and the people we met there that had been repeat visitors, far surpassed anything we expected. The Keystone made for an AMAZING get away. The hotel is a diamond in the ruff and newly renovated. The people at the hotel are friendly and go out of their way to make the experience nothing but great. I will be back and hopefully sooner than later!! more

Tryed to book 8 rooms for a family reunion 2nd week in September and after several attempts of calling finally a lady answered and said she can't rent to us. Very rude. We booked down the road at Thunderbird Beach Resort - they accepted our money. more
