Celebrated our anniversery by spending 2 nights at the Hilton. The service was excellent and the room was amazing. Our balcony overlooked the bay. Looking to the left we saw the fort and to the right was the bridge. It's located in the middle of the city with everything within short walking distance. The room had a huge king size... more

Came here for one night as a stay away from home and to take in some local tours. Room was very clean and well stocked with towels. Came back from dinner and the towels were refreshed...nice! Most staff was nice, a few seemed a bit overworked and rushed...too rushed to even say hello. Out of all the hotels in the... more

Why this Hilton was so hard to find I just don’t know, but when we did it well worth it. I loved the idea of tthat he valet parking was underground since everything is so tight in the historic area. Our room was quite lovely, with two queen-sized beds, a desk with wireless internet, an armoire with dresser draws and... more

Upon arrival at 4pm with a pre-paid guaranteed room we were told the hotel was oversold, and the nearest accomidations were 4 miles away. We found a comfortable B&B less than 500 ft. away. In addition to not honoring the prepaid guaranteed reservation the management lied to us about available rooms in the historic district. "What Would Paris Do?" more

The hotel is quite nice and very close to the historic district. It’s not the typical Hilton, since the two-story building is well integrated in the low-rise bay-front area. No complaints about anything, except perhaps the breakfast buffet which is not a rich one. Rooms are rather small, but I believe this is standard in St. Augustine. A larger room... more

The Hilton recently renovated this hotel and they did a wonderful job. The rooms are a little small, but that is very typical of hotels in St. Augustine. The bathroom was very nice and the linens were super soft. I've stayed at several hotels in the historic part of St. Augustine before and they did not compare to the Hilton.... more

We stayed at the Historic Bayfront Hilton June 18 & 19th, 2008. Looking around online gives you an odd feeling when looking for a room in St Augustine. Most of the places look like shady little motels. This location provided just as you'd expect a hilton would. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the rooms updated (for such... more

This Hilton is very convenient, and within walking distance of the historic district. We had a bay front room which overlooked the road and pavement but high enough, even on the ground floor to afford privacy. This hotel comprises of small units - like houses - and is very discreetly signed, so do watch our for the entrance on the... more

What we had expected. We had driven up the coast and wanted a couple of days without the car! The Hilton was well situated for that. Good clean rooms, good service. We didnt eat at the hotel but used the hotel bar, there is a little courtyard outside we sat in with a cold beer before going out to eat.... more
