I have stayed at this hotel for the past three years. I do so because I use "RoomSaver" coupons and get the rooms for about $55.00. The staff (family run I believe) are always courteous and helpful with any problems - or advice on restaurants etc. TIP: Get a top-floor room. They are used far less and appear much newer.... more

We had a wedding to attend in the vicinity and we had chosen this hotel because it was fairly close 8 minute drive to the attractions in the historic district and supposibly 2 blks to the beach (right across the street). We didn't plan to really use the beach but we wanted the option of visiting the beach at night... more

this hotel was across the road from the beach.excellent check in ,the guy was really polite and helpfull.great room,nicely decorated and new carpets and huge bed,hairdryer,coffee maker,microwave and fridge.safety deposit boxes at reception desk.breakfast was serve yourself with,cereal,toast,fruit,muffins,danish pastries and juice and coffee.pleanty to kick start your morning.i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again more

I went last year for the 4th of July and this was one of the cheaper hotels at the time. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and nice the room was. It's crossing the street from the beach and only 10-15 min. from Historic Saint Augustine. The prices did go up a bit... more

We stayed at the Regency Inn & Suites from May 19th-24th, 2007. I was a bit hesitant about booking but the low rates ($59.50/night weekdays) and location swayed me. We stayed in room 102 and couldn't have been happier with it. It was a very clean non-smoking room and did not smell of smoke, which is the way it should... more

The clerk was very friendly and helpful. There was mildew in the bathroom. There was no internet access in the room. The upstairs neighbors were noisy, sounding like a herd of elephants, walking around the room until the wee hours. The breakfast bar was okay. more

We spent 2 weeks here and were perfectly satisfied: good location, clean, nice people, functional and quiet. Indoor heated swimming pool was a plus. Beautiful rooms, new & clean. The staff was wonderful. Especially Jackie who helped us out when our originally planned "stay" across the street at the St. Augustine Beachfront Resort went south. Beware of that dump! We are definately staying at the Regency Inn in 2007 when our vacation rolls around. more
