Booked 11 rooms for a wedding party. Man at desk at check-in said he didn't work there. Dirty sheets and towels, phones removed from all rooms by phone company, toilet plugged up, rugs stained, no lights in foyer, some rooms gave heat rather than air, no one at desk for check out. Total disaster. Beware! more

My husband & I booked a room at the European Village in Palm Coast, FL for a 1 night stay on a Saturday night. The resort and amentiies looked nice and upscale, we even liked our room! After we checked in we left the hotel to go see a movie in Ormond Beach. We returned to our room sometime around... more

I don't even know where to start. The hokie entrance sign should have been the first clue. This place is so ill conceived and poorly (mis) managed, it is hard to describe. It is reportedly "new" but seems like it might be a converted condo project. The rooms are spacious, but appear to be designed and decorated by amateurs. As... more

My husband, my 8 month old daughter and my husband's parents were in Palm Coast for a family wedding and chose EV b/c we thought it might be more fun to stay at a resort than a hotel. Well, to call this place a resort is a stretch to say the least. First impressions were ok. We checked in and... more

Wife and I stayed two nights (2/29 & 3/1) here when we had a wedding to attend in town. We arrived, the first of three couples in my family, to learn that we had been placed one couple in each of the three buildings which form a triangle to enclose the piazza area. When I asked if we could be... more

WOW! We found the European Village a great break from our 13 hours of driving! We didn't have advance reservations and found the village from one of those Florida Hotel booklets everyone has. I called from my cell phone after checking out a dump in St. Augustines (only thing left with rooms) and got Edison. After a long, hot drive... more
