Did not look at room before check in. What a mistake. Carpet filthy. The area around the baseboard had lots of filth. Even used Q-tips on floor. Nasty, smoky smell. We paid approximately $250 for our one night(mare) stay!. The room was filthy - hair on the pillows - NOT OURS! In addition, there were crumbs on the floor, counters and more hair in the supposed clean towels! The sheets did not seem clean nor did they cover the entire mattress and the refridgerator was dirty as were the dishes... more
