Well, the Dolphin Hotel is just not worth the money. The grounds were beautiful as was the lobby, but the rooms weren't much. I won't stay there again. Of course our room overlooked a flat roof, which is all we could see, and unfortunately it rained the whole time (which is of course not Disney's fault). Parking is $16 per... more

Great place to stay. Stayed for 5 days and would definitly go back. Rooms were clean. Some things were a bit expensive but it is like that in any resort you stay at in Disney. Quick boat trip to epcot or walk cant beat that. more

We have stayed at WDW Dolphin twice and had an amazing time both weeks. Beautiful room, great restaurants, fantastic lobby and awesome pools. The first time, our children were really young when we were there, and the only thing that was tough was weathering the long busride to Magic Kingdom. The 2nd time we went, they were a little older... more

Stayed at the Dolphin over 4th of July weekend. Had a room facing Hollywood Studios, enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony. Check-in and check out were a breeze with no issues. The rooms were clean, the bed, heavenly! I liked how they have the activity areas together. The pools were next to each other. The basketball and tennis courts, playground,... more

Although I booked through AAA I could have gotten this deal anywhere a little pricey but the location was great for us (in between epcot and hollywood studios). I believe who you book with gives you preference to room status. When I checked in I was offered a room upgrade for an extra $30.00 a nite for a balcony well... more

My daughter was dancing at this hotel so to be honest we did get a group rate. However, based on some reviews here, I was a little worried because this was our vacation and I wanted to enjoy everything. We hah an overall good experience. The lobby was everything you would want a nice hotel to be, spacious, a pretty... more

The first night we stayed our neighbors kept us up all night. Second night, they "upgraded" us to a smaller room to get us away from the loud neighbors. You pay extra to use the fitness room. Customer service should of been more helpful when we complained about our noisy neighbors or had some compassion. Will not go back more

For a surprise trip, my husband booked the Dolphin for us. We have stayed on Disney property before but never at the Dolphin. With my teacher discount, we thought we would give it a try. We were disappointed. CHECK IN-took forever!!! Apparently, checking in at 9am, we were surrounded by conventioners checking out. Dolphin does offer express check out but... more

I stayed at the Dolphin for the first time for a covention. I am a regular traveler to WDW and I was looking forward to my stay. However, I found the rooms and finishing dated. The lobby is terrific but the hotel qucikly shows its age. I was given a suite room upgrade on the 17th floor to view the... more

I've stayed at the Dolphin many times and sometimes the Swan. They both are awesome. I went in May for our family trip to Disney world for 3 nights/ 4 days. Check in was great, I forgot his name, but he upgraded us to balcony rooms (we were on a discount so I was not expecting that) and kept our... more
