They are remodeling, so the site itself was beautiful. Although it's in downtown, I appreciate the fact that all the front desk staff were friendly. The one thing about Downtown Orlando, though, is that most of the stores close Friday-Sunday. So, be careful if you are booking this hotel over the weekend. Relatively close to Thornton Park, which will take... more

I booked this hotel with a little trepidation: the reviews were uniformly horrible. While I figure every hotel is going to get one "worst hotel ever" complain from an angry customer, this had lots. Except for the last one. Nervously I booked. In fact, I told that to the manager on duty, and he replied that they were aware that... more

I am part of a fire department band from Canada that was to play at an event hosted by the Orlando Fire Department. We had been planning the trip for quite some time and we needed a place to stay that was close to the entertainment district that wasn't too expensive. We had a group of about 10, so budget... more

This place is without a doubt the most horrific hotel I have ever seen! As soon as you walked in, you felt like you were at the Bates Hotel in Psycho. It was filthy and smelled like there were dead bodies hidden somewhere(Musty). We immediately told them to cancel our reservation after seeing our room and ran as fast as... more

As many have already said, this hotel is filthy. It smells everywhere. The walls inside my room were stained (with food?), the carpet was extremely dirty, the shower ceiling was ready to fall on top of my head, the bed was falling apart, and the air conditioning smelled and made bad squeaking noises. But it is located just 3 blocks... more

We stayed here also, and I have never been in a hotel that was so disgusting. The beds were broken, the room smelled like it had been hit by the hurricanes, and they just let the rooms mildew, and never had them cleaned. When we asked for another room, we were sent to check out another room that was even... more

This is one of the filthiest hotels. The carpets I dont think have ever been cleaned. I sprayed a can of Lysol everywhere in the room, especially the air conditioner. There was a yellow tar, funky looking liquid-y goo that was oozing out of the air conditioning unit, that cannot be healthy for you to breathe. more

This is the filthiest hotel I have encountered. The carpets were stained and the halls were unclean. There was food on the hallway carpets and it appeared to have been there for some time. It was so bad that I check out within five minutes after I entered my room. I served in Vietnam and slept in foxholes that were... more

I booked two nights and was horrified. They took the entire fee for both nights upfront so I had no immediate recourse. The only reason I stayed the first night was becuase I was drunk and just passed out in the middle of the bed. I pulled all the covers off. I left the lights on so bugs would stay... more
