Our family of four just returned from 5 nights at the Westin Swan. We had a great time! After reading previous reviews, we were prepared for the worst...but there was no need. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient, our room was clean, and overall the hotel offered everything we needed for a Disney vacation. Pros: 1) convenient location, just a... more

We have stayed at Westin hotels in the past and were tempted by the heavenly beds again and all within the Disney resort area - total plus. The Swan is perfectly located within walking distance (or take the boat) of Boardwalk, Epcot and Hollywood Studios which is fantastic for going to the parks. The free disney shuttles to all the... more

Book directly through swandolphin.com, not through Disney, its a lot less expensive and they offer seasonal specials. We were able to get a great summer rate for only $149.(plus $16 valet, $10 resort fee, $10 internet fee a day). The only way to describe this hotel was Location. Location. Location. This hotel is right in the middle of Disney, its... more

Seriously think twice about booking a room at the Swan. You can tell a lot about a place by the way they treat their guests, and the Swan is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. My boyfriend and I were scheduled to stay at the Swan for 8 nights during August 2008. We have been to Disney... more

The Walt Disney World Swan is my resort of choice at WDW, and I have stayed there annually since 2002. The Dolphin is a close second, but I prefer the smaller size of the Swan. It's a bit closer to the Boardwalk, and the buses to the other parks stop at the Swan before going to the Dolphin. The Swan's... more

I stayed at the WDW Swan Resort over the long Easter weekend in 2008, and my daughter, our friends, and I had a wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful and comfortable; the rooms are spacious, and well-appointed (Heavenly beds, Bath and Body works products, Starbucks coffee, mini-fridges). We stayed in two connecting rooms, each with a private balcony, and enjoyed... more

We made a reservation to stay at the Swan in June 2007 for an August 2008 vacation. We booked two rooms, for seven total people. We called to confirm the reservation several times with the last time being July 30th, 2008. At that time, the reservation was confirmed and our credit card was charged a deposit. An email confirmation was... more

While the hotel was nice (parking can be a hike) I was disappointed with the customer service. When we had a problem with our room and I went to the front desk, the woman told me that I should call a certain number to let them know. Why do I have to find a phone to call in my complaint... more

We stayed at the Swan for a total of 6 nights earlier this month in a room with two queen beds with balcony. We got a beneficial Teachers rate through the All Ears website. We had no complaints about the hotel which delivered what was promised - the room was fresh and clean and we had a nice view overlooking... more

Just returned with family and friends from one week stay at Disney Swan from the 30th June until 7th July 2008. It was fantastic. Then went on to the Hard rock hotel for a week (also brilliant) Was a little worried after reading previous reviews about going but we were pleasantly surprised. We even got a free room upgrade. It... more
