The pictures of the rooms on the Diamond Resorts website did not look anything like the room we had. I guess that was the display room they used for timeshare presentations. Request for face towels took 30min & then they brought the wrong towels. 2nd request took another 30min. This happened again 2 days later. No basketball court at resort...... more

We just came back from Orlando and stayed on a 2 bedroom villa in CPGV. Excellent location, and a good deal for the price. We booked our stay through our timeshare, Diamond Resorts. We got there pretty late (3am). Not impressed at all with the person in charge behind the desk at the time.
