We wanted to have a get-away without going far from home and a friend recommended the jacuzzi suite at the Golden Palms, it is beautiful, more like a bed and breakfast room, and the staff was friendly. Arrived late and the desk clerk was friendly. We upgraded the room to the one noted below with the flat screen and the fireplace. This was a nice clean, comfortable room. Ample parking and room was relatively quiet despite location next to the interstate. I would return here. more

everything was really nice for the price, for 50 bucks dont expect it to be the Hilton or disney park resort (300 a night hotel) it could be ALOT WORSE !!! the people were very friendly and helpful we are planning on going back in november This is going to be our hotel every time were in ocala!!!! more

We have stayed at hotels all over this country as well as internationally and this one is by far one of the worst. There was mold growing in various places in the room as well as standing water in the hallways. Constructions debris was everywhere as well as pieces of furniture sitting outside the rooms.
