We stayed here for a one night pre-cruise stay in July because it offered free long-term parking. The hotel itself was nice. We stayed in the main building and had a double bed and king bed rooms for my husband, three year old and my parents. Both rooms were very nice with new large flat-screen TVs. They did have wall... more

I booked this hotel on priceline. It is categorized as a 3 star. I paid 80.00 for one night pre-cruise. At the airport, the hotel shuttle picked us up pretty promptly. We waited about 20 minutes. Once inside the van, the driver was very nice, offered us a cold water and took us to the hotel. Check in was ok,... more

I have stayed with this hotel two times now as my plane ticket on both sides required me to stay overnight in Miami. I am pleased with my stay overall and for the right purposes definitely recommend this hotel... Physical building: while if you look you can see this building itself was not built within the last few years (i.e.... more

Ok If I paid $159 a night for it, yes I would be disappointed. We paid $70 - Priceline.com name your own price. We stayed in tower 2, room 422. King bed, clean room. We only stayed one night post cruise. more

I first want to start off by saying that I was very worried after booking this hotel with Priceline. I read all of the reviews, and didn't feel so great about the property. Normally the rate is $158, but with Priceline we paid $75. Upon arrival to the property we were allowed to check in about five hours earlier than... more

Should have read these reviews before traveling. This place is a dump. Am a Priority club member, called to complain was told to go to a different hotel. Done with Holiday Inn. more

Convenient location from rental car pickup. Checked in the room, got to room, had problems right away. Telephone did not work, went to front desk and told them, they sent a maintenance man, he worked on phone, and fixed it. For some reason he brought another remote control for TV that I did not ask for and switched the remote... more

First, nobody answered the airport courtesy phone which would summon the shuttle. Cab costs a flat $10. Then, in the room: the toilet had been left unflushed; the TV remote had no battery; all the lamps were unplugged, necessitating crawling under the desk to plug one in in order to see to adjust the full-blast air conditioner (also under the... more

I booked the Holiday Inn Miami Airport for a pre cruise stay and loved it, they picked me up at the airport and provided me with free tranportation to the port of miami. The restaurant was located on the 9th floor and had an amazing view of the miami sky line. The food was better than I expected for a... more

I have planned for a Miami trip including New Year countdown back in summer of 2007. After I booked the hotel and came to trip advisor read all the reviews, I was very worried and scared. But after I stayed there for 6 nights, I would have to say the experience is not as bad as the people say. First,... more
