This hotel has an excellent Manager and addresses guests concerns and follow-up personally to make sure excellence in service ends up being achieved. We were only here for one night on our way back from Costa Rica and REALLY wanted some authentic Cuban food. Incredible staff, amazing service from beginning to end. Had a suite with a Lagoon View, very clean, and an extremely comfortable bed. No airplane noise. Great late-night food at the bar, good and reasonably priced. more

Very comfortable hotel with a nice bar area, free internet access, lovely pool and friendly staff. Only issue is that it is quiet a distance from south beach and the main tourist areas (30 dollars in a taxi). But overall this is a good airport hotel and would defo reccomend it more

I stayed there mid March and it needs a big do over. The Lobby is OK but the room is tired. Holes in the blackout,louvre missing on the closet,curtains do not shut properly and the bath tub was plain dirty with mold and a need for regrouting.
