This is an older Embassy Suites. The suite layout is pretty roomy and fairly comfortable. The staff was friendly. There was a mustiness about the hotel and the greenery in the atrium was old and dull. What made my 2 night stay there a little crazy was that the hotel was near capacity with family reunions. The elevators were packed... more

We stayed at the hotel as pre-cruise. After checking with all the travel sites, booking with the hotel site was a little cheaper. *Check In Though the front desk clerk was not the friendliest person, I guess it was acceptable since I enconutered a lot of bad customer service in Miami before. The only problem was the room keys kept... more

Embassy Suites Miami Airport is the worst hotel that I have experienced in the Hilton chain. Dead fish odor in the laundry room trash can. Fire alrm went off 10 times during the evening and night, TV and microwave did not work, did not have wash cloths and front desk sent up tan handtowels (rags) used by housekeeping to clean... more

Great experience overall. The only real negative is the location. There's not much out there within walking distance or is the neighborhood really conducive to walking. You really need a car to go anywhere. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfasts and mangers receptions are great and way above your standard complimentary breakfast deals. A minor negative was the... more

Beautiful old building. Indoor garden very nice. Rooms very out dated. "Full" size bed was at best oversized twin. Airconditioner very loud and draining from ceiling into "kitchen" area sink. Micro-wave disfunctional and everything very cramped. Very disappointed. more

We stayed for two nights in May/08 before heading out on a cruise. Our entire family of 5 agreed that it was pretty much a typical Embasy Suites. The pool and fitness area were nice. Very close to MIA airport. Would stay there again. Have a good trip D. T. Cruzzer more

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Miami for one night on May 19th after our wedding in Punta Cana and before heading to our honeymoon at Sandals in the Bahamas. The first Embassy Suites shuttle (they are complimentary to and from the airport) that arrived was totally full and then the second one went flying by and didn't even... more

We stayed here as a overnight prior to our trip and overnight at the end of our trip. Great airport hotel, we enjoyed the free breakfast and the free evening cocktail reception. We found the best rate by contacting the hotel directly. We chose this hotel because it offers hotel pickup and drop off 24 hours, going every 20 mins,... more

Fantastic looking building even though it's close enough to the airport to see (and hear) the planes take off and land. Despite the beautiful courtyard with palms, waterfalls and even some caged birds and the restaurant, which was not half bad, the rooms and other services in the area were lacking. Problems in room included a faulty toilet that sounded... more

I was travelling on a family gathering in Miami, and my family booked at this hotel previously. I arrived at 2230 on a Thursday and Friday morning enjoyed the breakfast they offered, subsequently we left the hotel around 1430 on Friday and returned at 1600, on return luggage from our room had been stolen. My major concern was the way... more
