Most of the staff had a poor command of English. I asked for an ice machine and was almost sent down the street to a gas station because they thought I was asking for an automatic teller machine. I have been using these hotel for the last 3 years for business traveling in Florida. Nice hotel near Miami International Airport, and car rental agencies.
