This hotel is located in the Lake Sumter Landing section of The Villages. It sits next to the lake and easily walkable to the square, restaurants, and shops. We stayed here for two nights in one of their waterfront (manmade lake and pool view) rooms, and the decor of this place is gorgeous right down to the last detail. The quality of the bed linens is superb, and the bathrooms lovely. The balcony could have used the cobwebs cleaned off, but it was nice with a couple of... more

Stayed 1 nite here and got a good rate via their website. Staff was very helpful & of course friendly since it's America's Friendliest Village, or some such. Unfortunately, even though our real estate agent (LOVED HER!) had told us a story abt. how honest folks were in the Villages, no one seemed able to locate the bag of cosmetics... more

While I visited the hotel, there was a party in one of the banquet rooms. A fight broke out after midnight between 3 drunken grown men and only two young girls on the hotel staff were there to break it up. I spoke with the hotel management about security and they told me they had it under control....this is not... more
