I really don't understand all the rave reviews of this place. The service is great and it's a nice, pretty, quiet building in a good location slightly away from Duval Street. But our room was a bit run-down, with frayed towels and lampshade, dirty blanket and a tiny, ancient TV set. We both got backaches from the soft, dimpled bed.... more
