My friends and I recently stayed at this propoerty and were blown away! We received a corner room overlooking the courtyard and the ocean and were in awe of this property. The room was very spacious (2 bedroom condo) with the world's largest master bath I have ever seen. Thank goodness the kitchen was fully stocked with every major appliance... more

The Hyatt Windward Pointe Resort is an ill-kept property of aging cookie cutter 2-bedroom condos, literally within walking distance of Key West’s tiny airport terminal. Situated on the southeastern corner of the island, the resort is about a 20-40 minute bicycle ride, depending on traffic, or a $15-$20 cab ride from Old Town Key West. There’s something wrong when it’s... more

My family have been staying at the Hyatt Windward Pointe every year for almost ten years. There's nothing like Key West for a relaxing, stress-free vacation! The Hyatt WP is located at the tip of the island, such that the blue waters of the caribbean are often spotted from the balcony of our mini-condo. We love having a full kitchen!... more

This is a beautiful resort. I am a Marriott owner and I must say that inside the villas compares to any Marriott property I have been to. The pool area is very large and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, there is a poolside bar and grill that serves food at a very reasonable price during lunch and late afternoon.... more

Our daughter moved to Key West last year, so this was our first visit to the area. We were looking for a place to stay for 2 couples. After much research, we made our reservations here. Price wise, it was a little more than getting two rooms at the hotel we were considering and looked to have many more perks... more

Nice accomodations if you don't mind an active airport runway in the rear of the hotel, which is quite audible. Staff was for the birds, unfriendly, unattentive, would not release the key until 3:50 pm, stating "room wasn't ready yet", which was untrue. Got good rate due to Hyatt Vacation Club sales pitch; suffered through that for 2 hours. Rooms... more

Pro: -For those seeking sanctity from the drunken madness of Duval St. and teenagers on Scooters, this is your place. - Fantastic concierge; not too aggressive on timeshare sales. The recommendations for dinning were on the money. Be sure to see Marius if you stay here. - Includes every possible amenity needed and beyond; well organized. - Gorgeous rooms -... more

Undeniably a very decent resort BUT BE WARNED.. If you go on their site you are informed that they provide Wireless Internet access throughout various places in the facility. You will NOT find anyplace (as of today) on the site that bothers to mention they charge @10.00 per day PER device. That is to say that if you and your... more

We stayed at the Hyatt Windward Pointe June 26-July 1 and everything was wonderful. Our room was great and the staff was very friendly. The road construction is finished in front of the hotel. It is a good way from Old Town, but we liked it being quiet. We could drive to the places we wanted to go. We can't... more

Loved the property, pool, and grounds. The rooms were very nice and loved the spacious porch area. The construction was noticeable and annoying. We couldn't believe one night when we heard jackhammering at 10:30pm!! Also, they advertise their new wireless internet available...what they don't tell you is that it costs $59.99 for a week's access!!! more
