We had booked the hotel for 2 nights in a queen size 'country room'. The room was in a single storey 'cabin' in the grounds. Country-style is one description for the room. Don't expect a glamourous room. Historic meaning old, definitely. Rustic comes to mind. The room was small, not much bigger than the bed and the bathroom minute, it... more

We stayed here in April 08. Were required to pay for our five nights accommodation when we checked in! The accommodations were just OK - clean but warn and dated. Won't stay there again; there are nicer places for the price. more

Key Lime Inn was relaxing, perfect for a getaway. It was clsoe enough to the action (few blocks to Duval), but not loud. The pool is the best part, large, plenty of room and shaded under a canopy of palms. I could have stayed there all day. The rooms were smaller but similar to any beach hotel. Nice flat screen... more

We stayed at the Key Lime in the middle ot April and it is a great place to stay. Close to the action and still quiet. We meet very nice people who had been staying at Key Lime Inn for several years. The roosters crow day and night - rather funny, I thought. The breakfast is toast, yogurt, coffee and... more

I love Key West. I have stayed at about 15 different guesthouses as well and B&B’s. This time around I decided to stay at the Key Lime Inn to my surprise it was the worst experience ever. The property was beautiful to say the least until 5:30 AM when about 8 roosters decided to crow their way in to my... more

This place is exactly what we go to Key West for. It's very charming and near enough to everything. The rooms are nothing special, but extremely clean! The staff is great, and they have free continental breakfast in this wonderful little courtyard area outside. It's just a great little place to stay! more

We spent 2 nights at the Key Lime Inn over President's Weekend and had a lovely stay! Our room directly faced the pool and breakfast area (served outdoors on the pool terrace), but we were never disturbed by other guests. The room itself was clean, large and felt recently renovated. Though not the most centrally located hotel, we could easily... more

The pros: great location, pretty decor, comfortable bed, nice linens, decent breakfast (included). And the roosters and chickens on the property added a fun "Key West touch" to the stay (but see the cons). On-site parking is free, but not guaranteed. The cons: a noisy, outdated air conditioner kept us awake at night. There was no alternative, as our "deluxe"... more

I chose the Key Lime for a 4 night stay in Key West based on reviews from other travellors and photos. Firstly the place couldn't be easier to find if driving as Truman is a continuation of US 1. Secondly it had a reasonably sized car park a more parking at sister hotel next door. Thirdly it was spotlessly clean... more

We just got back from a three night stay at the Key Lime Inn. It was great! We had our own little cottage with a private deck (deluxe king suite), flat screen TV, fridge, sofa and coffeemaker. The room was really cute and cozy, the grounds are nice and the pool is good too. Everyone that worked there seemed helpful, and... more
