This is a nice cheap place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. I say cheap meaning the cost was just right. I went down to Fort Lauderdale with three other friends. The hotels has apartments. A group of 11 of us stayed at the Princess Ann Apartments in November for a long weekend. We found the hotel to be clean and adequate. The owners were friendly and most helpful in providing additional towels, kitchen utensils (okay, it was a corkscrew for the wine) and anything else we needed. We enjoyed the pool and spent some... more

This hotel was awful. There is no room that looks like the one in the picture. First we booked a queen and when we got there they sent us luggage and all upstairs to the third floor. DISGUSTING! The TV was from 1978 and it was two double beds that I wouldn't sit on in sweat pants. After fixing their... more

Sorry to say this hotel was dirty and the rooms were nothing like the picures on the website, which I guess must be 20 yeears old! Lights and electrics faulty in room, rooms not clean. Very disappointing. more
