Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with my family. 4 of us all together in a two bed room, two adults, two kids.... Two very comfortable queen sized beds. I am a Diamond member of the Hyatt hotels, so I was given a very nice room on a high floor with partial view of the ocean and the causeway,... more

I am a Toronto, Canada based lawyer and I travel extensively through the U.S. (and Canada) because of the type of practice I have (outsourcing and tecnhology counsel). I booked a family vacation for a week beginning June 27, 2008 at the Hyatt. Although I have been coming to Fort Laudredale for 15 years, I had never stayed at the... more

My friend and I enjoyed a fantastically wonderful vacation at this hotel in the first week of July. We didn't know too much about this property in advance except it was a landmark and seemed to elicit mixed reviews. Nonetheless, we decided to go for it! Great move! The hotel photographs on the website do not do it justice. The... more

My husband and I booked two rooms booked for the July 4th weekend our two daughters and ourselves. When we checked in, we got chatting with the agents behind the desk, both of whom were professional, upbeat and relaxed. I happened to mention that we had never stayed in Fort Lauderdale, and we were instantly upgraded (both rooms) to suites!... more

We just got back from a short vacation in Fort Lauderdale where we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pier 66. This hotel was exceptional. The staff and the service was 1st rate. The room was pleasant and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and the extras (grapes, Evian Water Spray, cool towels) was just what we were looking for... more

Let me get directly to the point. The customer service at this hotel - - OUTSTANDING! The shuttle to the beach, the directions and advice from the gentlemen that greeted me outside the hotel, the lady that checked me in, the staff that maintained my room – every person made me feel at home and provided top-notch customer service. Then,... more

I just returned from a conference in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The Hyatt Pier 66 made a great finish to a bad start. After traveling for 16 hours, I arrived at the Hyatt only to find that maintenance problems made my room unavailable. Tired, exhausted, and completely upset at 12:30 am, the hotel transferred me to another Hyatt resort (Bahia Mar).... more

We spent a fabulous week at the Hyatt, our room was on the 14th floor overlooking the waterways. We had the sun most of the day on our balcony in the tower deluxe rooms. We couldnt fault it at all, and would certainly use the hotel again. more

Just got back from a two night stay at this lovely hotel. We booked via Priceline for less than $100 per night. I called ahead of time and requested a king, non-smoking room. The front desk person said, "no problem," I'll put you in the tower. When we arrived, the room we were originally scheduled for wasn't ready, so the... more
