This place is a dump! The staff is unfriendly. Was told (actually shouted at) that there was NO CHECK INS until 3pm. Went to the desk at 3pm to check in and waited in line that was outside the door. FLAT pillows - No reception on radio - ceiling FALLING IN all over the floor - DIRTY windows - BAR closes at 8 pm OR before. Restaurant is only breakfast (7:30-11 am). NO dividers between balconies so feel like family with your neighbor. Staff very friendly. more

Needed more housekeeping maintenance in the common areas. The same half english muffin sat near the elevator on the first floor for two days. It may still be there!!
