Hilton appears to be torn between portraying a luxury hotel atmosphere vs. a beach resort and succeeds at neither fully. There is only one small trickling foot wash (no shower) at the bottom of the stairs returning from the beach area. It always has a long line. The entrance to the hotel lobby from the beach is a manual set... more

First off, being a HiltonHonors member sure paid off here. Check-in was a breeze with no line, while non members waited in a long line. Susan Weinstein, the HH manger was at the HH desk and was very pleasant to deal with. She has a great personality that made one feel very welcome, and gave us an awsome room. The... more

Stayed here as part of a week long business trip. Free copies and internet in the business center(wireless is free on first floor, $10 a day in the room) , free fax service, wonderful employees made this a great place to stay. 30 second walk to the beach, close to the pier (not that great) and beach rentals that come... more

The Daytona Beach Hilton sits right on the beach in the heart of this ocean town. It appears to be the nicest hotel on the beach and is next to the pier where vehicles are not allowed on the sand. The hotel is upscale throughout with a large lobby, a spa, two pools, a couple of restaurants and bars including... more

An older, roughly three and a half star sprawling property located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This strikingly designed hotel is nestled between the boardwalk and the newly built "Ocean Walk" center, which is a hub of restaurants, shops, bars, and a movie theater. Go-karts and family-friendly games are found just across the street, along with the Ocean Center conference... more

We stayed at this property June 20-23rd, 2008. We paid $175 per night and Valet was $15 per day, At the time of check in we had already been on vacation for just over 2 weeks, staying at various places. We checked in very early, at 1130am. It was great that we could be accomodated since we had just made... more

stayed at the resort june 20 and 21st. 1 bedroom suite, north tower. I agree with others that Outstanding lodging is hard to find in this area; the Hilton is probably the best to be found here. The ocean walk timeshares might be the place I stay at next here as I took a tour of them and they seem... more

This is my second review on the Daytona Beach Hilton, and not a lot has changed in a year. Outstanding lodging is hard to find in this area; unfortunately, the Hilton is probably the best to be found here. I had an oceanfront room this time, which did have a very lovely view of the ocean and beach. On Saturday... more

The Hilton has two "towers" - North and South. I stayed in the South Tower which is the older portion which showed it's wear and tear after years of spring breaks and bike weeks. The elevaters were aged (one of the buttons on my floor to call the elevator was broken, the button panel in the elevator was loose), the... more
