we have been going to sea aire for 13 years now (10 of these with extended family. We always go for the 4th of july. We love the management as Gary has always been nothing but kind and honest. We see many of the same people year after year, so they must be doing something right. While the rooms are... more

I have been a corporate travel agent for 10 years and I have dealt with MANY hotel problems. But the Sea Aire "Management" is the most dishonest and sketchy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I made my reservation directly by email one day prior to arrival. I told Gary three times that our flight was scheduled to... more

We were delighted after a long day of travelling up A1A to discover Sea Aire and settle in our ocean view room after meeting a very friendly manager. Since we had no reservations and were just "winging it" on our way to visit the space center, we thought we were dreaming when we were able to find accomodations such as... more

We lived in Orlando, Florida the last three years and spent our last night as Floridians at the Sea Aire Motel. With the movers packing up all of our stuff yesterday morning we didn't want to sleep last night on the floor in an empy house, so we headed for nearby Cocoa Beach. We stayed last night at the Sea... more

We've been everywhere in Florida and we always end up at the SeaAire. We've been staying here for fifteen years or more. It's get up and surf cast, barefoot across the road for lunch, golf in the PM, Rusty's for an excellent supper and home to bed so we can do it again the next day...it's tough .Car seldom required....everything... more

I can agree with most of the earlier positive reviews. No glitz, but has character and a good price. Great views from ocean front room - watched the sun rise over the breaking waves without getting out of bed! Convenient to Orlando area but don't get me started on the endless tollbooths. After this first reconaissance mission, I will be... more

Apart from the 1 cockroach and the very noisy air conditioner we enjoyed our stay at the motel. The beach location is great and the room was large and although a bit worn was fine with us. The problem arose when we tried to get our travel wallet containing all our money, park tickets and plane tickets back from the... more

The good thing about this motel is that it is *right* on the beach. The problem with our stay was primarily, a fairly nasty smell in the room -- perhaps the smell of ancient cigarette smoke? Secondarily, the air conditioner was extremely loud, and each time it kicked on, it woke us up. Thirdly, things just felt a wee bit... more

As a running group putting together an event, that brings people from all over Florida, we are always looking for the best value and price. Not only did the Sea Aire meet our expectations (we don't ask for much, a clean room, a/c and running water) they exceeded them. The staff was by far the most EXCELLENT staff you could... more
