I am writing in regards to damage my car sustained on a recent visit to the Vail Plaza Hotel, which resulted directly from the carelessness of their valets. When checking in at the Vail Plaza we gave the keys to our Saab C900 to the valet. As he was walking away, we called him back to remind him how the... more

Overall, this is a very lovely hotel. We stayed one night paying $109 with a $15 mandatory valet parking fee. The complimentary breakfast was great. Rooms are small but well appointed. Major construction going on in DT Vail which was audible at times. We did have a commuincation problem with the little guy that checked us in... He wasn't very... more

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The hotel was very nice, rooms very nice, swimming pool was small but also very nice as was the breakfast buffet. We did not have any of the problems others reported as far as check in, getting our baggage to our room or getting our car in a timely manner. All the... more

After spending many hours reading reviews of places to stay in Vail, I decided on Vail Plaza. I'm so glad I did! This is a newer hotel, and it was very clean and comfortable. The summer rate was pretty good. We found the staff to be kind and helpful. The breakfast was good--nothing fancy, but certainly was good to start... more

Attractive new hotel; price was unbeatable; so too location; forget getting ANY service, from car jockeys to front desk. My room, although clean and large, overlooked I-70 and the Frontage road; even up on the 4th floor, the noise of the trucks was nearly too much to bear, this from a New Yorker!! I'd probably come back, giving the hotel... more

We booked a room for over the Fourth of July weekend for $220 a night and stayed for three nights. I thought this was a good deal based on the hotel being new and its location. I found out that the prices went down. I then tried to re-book my room with the staff in the reservation department over the... more

I was suppose to stay at the Vail Plaza this month, but I had an accident and couldn't walk. I called about 2 weeks in advance and even had a doctor's note, but they would not give me a refund for the 1st night. The reservations people were rude and very unconcerned with anything I had to say. more

This hotel is right in Vail Village so the location was great for us. We just stayed here for a night passing through. We wanted to see several spots in Colorado and picked this hotel through a last minute special. We payed just over $100 for the night and for that price it was fine. I would not have paid... more

I just spent two summer days on a girlfriends' getaway at the Vail Plaza. The beds are great, DaVinci restaurant is quite good, and the hotel is quite pretty and very fresh feeling since it is still quite new. The hotel design is a little confusing (check in on ground level, but most services are a level up and the... more

We needed a place to stay for one night and we got a great deal through expedia (98.00). This was our first trip to Colorado and we needed a place to stay before checking in at a Keystone resort for the 4th of July weekend. After staying at the Plaza was wonderful. The room was comfortable, the ammenities perfect for... more
