OMG! Just gross! Do not stay here! I can not even explain it! The front desk person that we checked in with during the day was just plain erratic and unable to deal with anything professionally, I believe she was the manager, at least that is what she told us. Later on that evening, we spoke with a woman that... more

The room was just old ! Four sisters spending alittle time together, From Kansas, Wyoming, Two from Colorado Springs. but Never again at the Adobe Inn ! Bathtub looked like it had mold on the bottom. Told front desk and he said it was just from being used so much ! DUH ! we went and got bleach and comet... more

When I checked in late, I told the clerk that I just needed to sleep as I had to be at the airport the next morning at 5:00 am. She booked me right next to rather noisy neighbors; I was subject to their noises & trucks outside all night. Even heard the noise after stuffing my ears with wet toilet... more

The bathroom was gross. The tub black, called the desk, they sent over someone, he said he ran his fingernail on it and only the cleaning supplies were on his nail. He also said it just looks as tho it has been used alot. They accused us of smoking in the room. No one was smoking in there. The management... more

You might be tempted by what seems like a reasonable price for a hotel in Durango, but don't be fooled. It's pretty gross inside (I literally didn't want to take my clothes off because I didn't want to touch anything.) The photos that popped up on the web for this place are not of the hotel's exterior -- they're very... more

My family and i stayed at the Adobe Inn recently for the second time. I must say, i noticed a lot of improvement from my last stay - it really looks like the new owners are sprucing the place up. our room was especially nice with new wall paper, carpet, heating unit, and furniture. The staff was really helpful and... more

Had confirmed reservations with credit card. Drove 16 hours only to arrive to be told our rooms were already sold by a rude front desk teenager (?). Told us he could give us 1 smaller smoking room instead of our reserved 2 non smoking rooms. The desk clerk admitted that the room smelled terrible. He could have cared less and... more

Stay away!! The manager refused to give a partial refund. Car alarm all night, party next door (paper thin walls), mold in bathroom etc. She claimed no responsibility for noise and claimed we should have called the police. What a dump!! Worst experience of entire trip. more

Our group needed four rooms altogether and for those in three of the rooms the place was fine. For the three guys in one room it was a different matter. First, the air conditioning did not work. They spoke to the guy at the desk who said he would look into it but he did nothing and they ended up... more

This was good for the price as Durango hotels are expensive. The room was just clean enough for a one night stay. The shower absolutely did not work in the morning--no water at all. But we didn't care as we had to leave early. The hotels in Durango are very expensive and this will do for a budget hotel. It... more
