A nice hotel room is only a room, it is the hotel staff that makes or breaks any stay. My room was fine, the hotel public areas were fine. The staff at Loews Denver was exceptional. Loews Cherry Creek is a great hotel with a great location. The hotel has a number of nice touches, and their staff retention makes this property a cut above. With a doorman/bellman and a concierge, this is an upscale hotel. The front desk personnel are the same each time I've been there, and the same is true for restaurant staff.... more

We spent two nights at the Loews. I was worried because after I booked the room I read reviews that the rooms smelled like smoke. Our room was very clean and did not smell. Staff was very courteous. more

Business hotel off the beaten track that does not measure up to Loews standard at all, shop around. It's quite a drive to Cherry Creek mall, and anything for that matter. Nice and quiet if you intend not to leave the hotel. Pay for a nicer room or get upgraded. more
