This is a well run, no frills hotel. If you are looking for a "hotel experience" with an active lobby, thick towels, room service, etc, this is not for you. Stayed four nights here. Conveniently located at the Flatirons Mall area at junction of 36 and Northwest Parkway. We stayed at TownePlace suites for 10 days. We were in the area to move the kids to college (Boulder). We had a 2 bedroom unit and a small seating area plus kitchen. We had a ground floor and the only issue was the neighboring dogs. Everytime we left our room the dogs barked at us (regardless of the time).... more

Make sure you stay on the top floor or you will hear whomever is above you.
