Following a 3 night stay at the new London in West Hollywood, here are my thoughts. In terms of pure luxury, this hotel might not in the same league as the traditional players (although, as someone who stayed here back when it was the Bel-Age, I may be jaded by memories of how the hotel used to look). Aesthetically, however,... more

Beautiful very swank Hollywood public areas were initially impressive, but for me, the guest rooms were a bit of a disappointment. The hotel rooms low ceilings and the wood paneling on the wall, along with Jetson-like mirrors on the other wall, although supposed to very trendy, just seemed a little cheesy to me. I know it's supposed to be newly... more

The London West Hollywood is the best new hotel in Los Angeles. Service is almost on par with many high-end hotels such as the Four Seasons as far as courtesy, addressing you by name, and going out of their way to make you feel welcome and giving you a mini-tour at check-in. I've stayed at MANY high-end hotels in the... more

My husband and I stayed here based on the feedback we found on TripAdvisor, and we found the hotel to be very stylish and in a great location. The location was in a great area - close to Chateau Marmont, other great restaurants, Equinox mega-gym (the hotel gym didn't have all the things that we normally like to have. It... more

I stayed at the London West Hollywood recently for just a brief night and absolutely loved it. The really low introductory rate was too good to pass up, and I'm thrilled that I didn't. Our upgraded corner room was extremely spacious, the bathroom was beyond gorgeous with all of the mosaic tile and Waterworks fixtures, and the beds/linens top-notch. Others... more

Let me say at the start that the new London in West Hollywood is a very good hotel. We had an enjoyable stay over the July 4 weekend, and it was a good value at the introductory rate. That said, those expecting truly exceptional service may be disappointed. We chose a veranda suite at $279 per night. The room was... more

We stayed in the crown suite which was supposed to be 900 - 100 Sq ft. It looked more like 650 Sq ft. The balcony was as big as a large surfboard. The atmoshpere in the hotel room was gloom and doom. Only one small TV. The crown suite was like any average room in Vegas, nothing special at all.... more

We were only there for one night and wished we could stay longer. Everyone was so nice and helpful the rooms were amazing. We had a south view room which over looked someof the hills downtown LA and some. We also ate at Gordon Ramsay which was also great. We felt taken care of and would def. go back. more

Oh joy, yet another hotel with stylish facades that hopes to swath the bitter truth in bandages of soft illusion. Sure, the rooms are large and well designed. The bathrooms are expansive and marble clad wonders. But really, we have seen all of that in LA and are getting more of these every week. Where is the specialness of the... more
