When we arrived we were told there were no "Non-Smoking" rooms available. We were informed that "since we had booked on Hotwire we did not get a choice". They put us in a wheelchair accessible room since "folks who stay in those rooms don't usually smoke". It did not smell like smoke, but something else that was not so nice.... more

The location was perfect...we needed a rental car and were able to walk to the terminal. The service was great...we came in very late, right before the shuttle stopped for the night, and they made a special trip for us and gave us a King bed. If you are a non-smoker, I would suggest you try another hotel. They do not have enough rooms set aside for non-smokers and the only rooms available are the smoking rooms when you arrive. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I agree with the previous reviewer who stated that this property apparently has not been party of Holiday Inn's systemwide updgrades.
