We booked 4 nights at this hotel just to chill out and catch some sunshine in the middle of a 2 week holiday in California. We had the pool to ourselves most days and it was really quiet and relaxing. We booked a hospitality suite which was a bit on the dingy side and could have done with some new... more

This hotel was built within the last five to ten years and has been in the news because the investment didn't pan out as expected and they ended up owing several hundred thousand in taxes to the IRS. So, they went through a period of cash crunch which may explain why some reviewers complained of short staff and deferred maintenance.... more

Just got back from my first stay at this property. This is just an average hotel but is a good value since you can usually get rooms for less than $100.00 on Priceline. THE GOOD Although I'd booked through a discount booking channel (Priceline), the front desk staff was so friendly! The service was first-rate and the staff treated me... more

We stayed here for 4 nights early July 08. following a 7 day trip to San Francisco to spend some time in wine country. The building work was almost completed and there was minimal disruption. The hotel was pretty much as described and as we expected. There is a good sized gym with 24 hour access and a small spa.... more

While at first it seemed that the location might be too far from wine country, we quickly learned while driving around that it is in fact a great location to stay for visiting Sonoma County vineyards. The staff was very accommodating, recommending great wineries and restaurants and printing our boarding passes. The room was nice and the place seemed very... more

We spent a weekend at the Hyatt Santa Rosa while visiting Sonoma and Mendocino wineries. The hotel is easy to find off of 101 and has free onsite parking. The Hyatt is directly across the street from the Marriott Courtyard; another possible choice if you need a hotel in this area. I agree that the front desk gentleman could be... more

we were VERY disappointed when we stayed at the Hyatt, for the Money we Paid the room was not very up to the standards of what the Hyatt usually represents, we had to use the Service Elevator to get to our room as well as we had to walk half way trough the Hotel to get to the elevator. The... more

We liked this Hotel but was not aware of the construction. The lobby and resturant is a mess. The front desk was not very freindly, but the rooms are great. It's a great location, clean and neat. The bartender sent us to a Reaturant called FLAVOR for dinner. Oh yes it was great Italian on the railroad square in town.... more

Since the Guest rooms are not being affected we did not post any notices. We should be complete with the construction by July 1st (was June 15), We hope you will come back and experience the new...

We stayed for 1 night. We chose this hotel as an alternative to the very expensive 2 star hotels in Bodega Bay. After a day at the beach, it was a short drive into Santa Rosa. The hotel public areas and grounds are elegant, clean and very well maintained. We were upgraded to an executive room which was very nicely... more

This review is written from the perspective of a business traveler who extended the stay for one day of leisure travel. I would have no reservations recommending this hotel for leisure travel, but it receives mixed reviews as a business hotel. However, there was one act of heroic kindness on the part of a sales manager that I must point... more
