My wife and I stayed at the Biltmore Suites from February 14 to February 18, 2008. We had a Garden Room with two beds. The beds were queen-sized, not double (standard) mattresses, which is a plus. They made too much mistakes in one stay - which you don't want to see. plus when they say they will compansate you, they lied. you will have to wait forever and nothing came. so just stay away from this hotel. more

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Booked through work-I've stayed at the Hyatt and the Marriott nearby and they are 10 times nicer. The room was sub-par, the grounds were a mess and the breakfast was horrible. Really disappointing for a Biltmore. more

Am currently staying at the Biltmore and wanted to warn people that the hotel is currently under major construction. The lobby has moved to the back of the hotel. Both restaurants are closed. I did get a good rate which is the only saving grace. It's a good location if you need to be close to airport, Sun or Intel.... more

This is the worst hotel I've been to. There maybe a conference going on at the ground floor but those people are just shouting even if they are just next to each other. I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Santa Clara. This is a crowded, expensive place to visit, and the Biltmore is a nice combination of price and quality.
