This is a great, family-friendly hotel. We were in an upset mood when we arrived, since we had booked a room at the Hyatt and they were overbooked and bumped us here. Well, it turns out to be the best thing that could have happened! The manager, Ilian, was a doll and made us feel very welcome. It's a newer... more

This is really a business travelers hotel. Its a small nice clean property offering free coffee/ tea in the lobby in the am and internet service in the lobby as well. It has a restaurant only open in the am or pm for a short time. We thought it a huge inconvenience to have no regular lunch service or bar... more

My husband & I spent President's Day weekend at the Courtyard. We had a major problem in that our door would not close automatically. So the 1st day when we returned from lunch, expecting to come in & rest in our freshly made up room, we found our door had been left ajar by housekeeping. Nothing was missing - we... more

It was a great place with a friendly staff. I had no problems and will stay there the next time we go. This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms were very comforting and it was so quite and peaceful. Good place to stay....especially work related.... more

Stayed at this hotel from Oct 12th to 16th. Things I liked- very close to airport and downtown, nice helpful staff, clean pool, clean rooms, nice fitness room. Things I didn't care for- regarding my room.... configuration was strange, the bed (king room) is sideways in the room (end of bed points at the windows), so that the tv is... more

We stayed the first Saturday in September for one night. Good location. Standard hotel. Not bad. Very clean. Roomy. Nice staff. The lobby turns into the buffet area in the morning (that was kind of weird). Pool was nice, but we didn't have time to go in. We asked for a room on the west side of the building, with... more

A very nice, updated Courtyard. Had been in the JW Marriott for a biz trip; moved here on my last day due to an early flight. Quite impressed with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the propertly - room, lobby, hallways, pool, etc all were in great shape. Check in staff could not have been more friendly - and I... more

Booked for one night in August and ended up staying for three! We had specified a room with two queen beds in the booking on the second floor. Arrived late afternoon and the first room we were given smelt of cigarette smoke so asked for a change. Reception staff very helpful. Second room close to the lift and being a... more

There are a lot of sketchy hotels in Palm Springs, so the Courtyard is a welcome relief in that it's boringness and cookie-cutter chain atmpsphere was welcome in this case. I'm elite with Marriott, but didnt get anthing super special. Agent did ask what floor and end of bldg I wanted, which was nice. I like that you need a... more

Stayed one night over Memorial Day weekend 2007. Arrived before 10 AM and told room not ready but the front desk agreed to call us on my cell when a room was available. Within 30 minutes the call came and we were in the room. King bed very comfortable; excellent and quiet air conditioning system. Room in very good repair..looked... more
