This is the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at this property. I keep coming back because of the value, location, and the pleasant atmosphere. I like the rooms on the 2nd or third floor of the B building. Nice common balcony with tables and chairs. Great to sit out in the early morning, drink coffee and watch the... more

Nicely renovated older motel, well managed by nice staff. Located very near Palm Canyon Drive, walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. Thursday nights are fun on Palm canyon dr. more

My husband and I stayed at this here for one night to attend a wedding. So we didn't have much time to check out the pool but the bathroom was well lit. The rooms were spacious and clean and the air conditioning unit worked well and was reasonably quiet. It was a good value and pleasant stay. more

This is a very nicely maintained basic hotel right in the middle of town. We only stayed one night, but would have been happy staying a few more. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the staff is friendly. more

We stayed here for about the 10th time in the last 10 years, in late April 2008. This continues to be a very comfortable property! The location couldn't be better for walking around downtown Palm Springs. We had a renovated room and everything worked well and was very clean. It is quiet and access is easy. The front desk was... more

Good price. Great location to walk to the shops in Palm Springs main drag. Lots of decent restaurants and 3 ice cream/yogurt shops within a few blocks (you will need it in the summer, believe me). Go on a Thursday nite and you can walk to VillageFest with all the crafts and food booths that line up the closed street... more

The Best Western Las Brisas was a very nice hotel for a one-night stay. We arrived at 10pm after an hours worth of a drive from Ontario Airport, and it was a very hot 98 degrees. We checked in and the woman behind the counter gave us a room on the top floor of one building. The place was very... more

This has been my 5th trip to Palm Springs. When we walked into the room (2nd level) it was very dark!! The window was facing the near by laundry mat and local bar. With 2 queen (beds), it was very small and only 2 table lights in the room. Very tight quarters/walking room... In the bathroom there was a liquid... more

For $199 a night during a very busy weekend this place was very good. We had a room next to the hot tub/pool which was very nice. The rooms were clean, maybe not "high end" but it is a Best Western. The location is great, walking distance to the main "strip". The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection (on... more

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, night clubs, casino, and one block away from bus stop. You can take the bus to Palm Dessert for $1.00 about a 25 min bus ride. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was good. We took our trays and ate out at the patio by pool. Pool a little small but nice... more
