Overall, this hotel is in a great position, and is safe with good security. Its a short walk to all the bars and restaurants and star bucks is just around the corner. The pool is a good size and grounds are well maintained, and great value we paid $99 per night. I have stayed here on numourous times and will... more

This hotel hit us with an $8.00 per day "resort fee" when we checked in that was not disclosed on the website or when we called. While the location and pool area are nice, our bed was uncomfortable and the room felt old and unkept. I understand some of the hotel is better than the part we stayed in. more

This hotel is nice and has a great location. You can walk one block to get to several restaurants and bars on main street. The rooms are clean and nice. The pool is clean and relaxing. Be ready, however to be moved to a different hotel when you check in. One of the front desk clerks confessed that this was... more

I've stayed here twice now, and have tried to stay here again! It is an excellent location for the price. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but the rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. The best part is the location - just behind the main street and minutes from shops and restaurants on foot. If you want... more

First you don't get breakfast if you don't complain and say that it was supposed to be included in the rate showed on their own web site. Then they through to your face a coupon for a continental breakfast somewhere downtown without explaining were it is or apologizing ... very strange !!! (the breakfast is a pity, if one considers... more

To preface, this resort exceeded our expectations, expecially since this site and expedia had rated it in the middle of the pack of resort options. While there are likely better (much more expensive options), we wanted a reasonably priced, family-friendly place for a quick 3 day stay to tag onto the end of a California vacation. This place hit the... more

We were looking for something a little special and romantic when we booked this hotel. We didn't get special and it was much less than romantic. We had reserved a larger delux room with some extra space and a balcony. Upon check-in, we were switched to a smaller room, no balcony, next to the pool. The crowd around the pool... more

Walking into my darkened room and turning on the lights didn't change much as they've got low watt energy saver bulbs in the two lamps (just 2) that are in the room. The lock on my balcony door did not turn and anyone could have walked into the room. The mattresses were old and springy, the sheets very worn, the... more

For the price, a good bargain, with pool, friendly staff, and great location. Don't come here if you expect luxury, but what do you expect when the price is so low. Come here if you want a nice place to stay for a low price. I'd stay here again. from Portland, Oregon more

Relative to other similar 3-star hotels, I'd say that this one gets my vote. In other words, with a good deal, I'd stay at this hotel again. The person who helped me was kind and whenever I was in the lobby, the staff seemed cordial to all residents. It's true about their location -- prime!!! Which is why I'm not... more
