Bed was really comfy! Room is pretty good sized, like the Balcony, it is actually quiter out on the balcony than in the room, it is a wodden structure, and you can hear everyone walking by in the hall ways, and on the third floor. Our association used this hotel for a conference and I found it very appealing. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was very accommodating and the convention facilities were very nice.
