We stayed here in January, and I loved this place so much I wanted to write a review! We had a bumpy start to our weekend getaway to Palm Springs (we live in Los Angeles), and this hotel was the 3rd hotel we checked into in 24 hours! The first hotel we had an issue with the wrong size bed... more

This hotel is supposed to be a boutique hotel. Motel 6 has friendlier staff and wont tell you off. Spent 6 weeks at this hotel and was routinely told off by management when we complained about the noise on weekends, and overbilling our cc after forging the documents we signed for a room rate. Stay at Zoso. For the money... more

We just stayed this past weekend and had an amazing experience. We booked their two bedroom deluxe rooms with two bathrooms. The resort has a very cozy feeling. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The manager was very prompt and informative when we were booking our getaway. It was a spacious room and we took full advantage of the... more

The building is very pretty and the pool area is super nice. We had an outdoor seating area with a gas fireplace that was very handsome. Our suite was really awkwardly configured with an enormous bathroom but we could not get in or out of the room when the sofa bed was open. Go figure. Cheap towels and linens including... more

Spent five nights at the Springs last week and had a wonderful time. The location of this small hotel cannot be beat - right in the heart of Palm Springs and within walking distance of many amazing restaurants! The Thursday night street fair was literally right outside our door. That being said we found the hotel extremely quiet day and... more

I stayed at the Springs while attending the Palm Springs Film Festival in January. It was a cozy and convenient home base, being only a few blocks from three of the main festival theaters. The overall property is very pretty and quiet. There is a lovely pool area (with jacuzzi) surrounded by numerous chairs and stacks of large plush towels.... more

My husband and I stayed here for a Friday and Saturday night for our anniversary. The hotel is located very close to downtown, just a half block away. I was initially impressed with the hotel's decor and staff, the rooms were very tastefully decorated and from the looks they have been renovated in the last few years. Every thing was... more

My wife, mother and I stayed here for three nights in their two bathroom suite (the suite had one bedroom with a king bed and a large sitting room with a queen size pull out couch). Both bathrooms had large jacuzzi tubs and stall showers. My wife and I took the sitting room with the pull out couch which was... more

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were very impressed with the grounds and the architecture. It is a beautiful little place in a super location. The room we had was upstairs with private cabana and was very quiet. It was a good size room and the bathroom was beautiful with marble... more

Extremely risky…the hotel is nicely appointed and in a great location, but that great location can sound like spring break right outside your window every night until 2 am. And don’t count on the management to have any sympathy…ask them and there is no problem. So the fact that you spend over $200 a night for a room in which... more
