The checkin was fast, friendly and easy. No problems they had everything correct. And can you believe a hotel that actually cares about their handicapped guests. The room was the first one right next to the office to make easy access for the breakfast and if you needed help. (most hotels stick the handicap in a back corner like we... more

I was with a grand total of 4 kids and 3 adults. We were in Long Beach for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. The rooms were huge and the closets were rather large as well. They placed us next to each other which worked out well for the kids. No connecting rooms though. The pool was cold but that... more

Have stayed here numerous times and always satisfied. The place is convientially located close to beautiful shopping malls, I prefer Lakewood Shopping mall. Close to churches, restaurants and easy to find . Ray, the manager, will only accept the best for cleaniness around the place . Pool and Spa always well kept. The area is not in a hotel zone... more
