This is a nice property, great amenities, clean hotel. The service however is not there. When we arrived there were 2 female desk clerks. Both of them were on the phone. Reading Napa Valley in the description led me to believe the hotel was in Napa Valley. Try 20 miles away. I think they should list their hotel as the Holiday Inn No Where Near Napa Valley. The room was Very nice and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. Great looking restaurant. Workout room was spacious with lots of equipment. We had a great time and will come back. more
