I recommend the cottages at the Mt View Inn. They are small and private, each has it's own outdoor jacouzzi. It's not the cheapest place in town but very clean and the spa personnel are the best. Great base for seeing the northern Napa valley. more

Warning: Should you book with these guys, expect to pay a booking fee if you cancel. A very nice little place. Walk out your front door and you have all of Calistoga in front of you.
