Everything about the rooms were dirty from the minute you walk into the room; room stinks, stains on floor, hair still on the bathroom floor, bathtub dirty that didn't drain, stains on furniture, etc. Only thing good was the service. Will never stay here again! more

My boyfriend and I stayed, for the Knott's Scary Farm, and we had an overall great experience. The rooms were spacious very clean, and comfy. The only think I didn't really like was the $10 for parking. Shouldn't that be included? Overall I would definitely stay here again!!! more

I stayed there 7/30-31/08 and I would rather stay at a motel 6. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, nobody answers the phone in room service and my tailgate was stolen off of my truck in their parking lot. The jacuzzi was cold and the hotel bathrooms were dirty. Don't even waste your money. more

It was a great location for what we set out to do... go to Knotts Berry Farm and Knotts Soak City. The parking ($10) and internet access ($10) were a bit of a nuisance. The standard room, however, was sub-par. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the carpet was dirty, the mattress was hard, the bathroom grout was blackish.... more
