The Hotel position is good - peaceful (barking dogs & cockerel not hotel's fault) Welcome was a quick tour of the common areas ,No welcome drink or service. Fresh flowers in the room but nowhere else . Bathrobes provided not slippers. Toiletries not replaced one small cake of soap for each guest (so only 1 bubble bath allowed) Bed made... more

We stayed for for 4 days at the Hotel Salvia in late August 2008. It was a lovely hotel, The staff are excellent; Mercedes showed us around while our bags were taken up to our suite. The hotel has a lovely laid back style - if you want poolside service from a liveried waiter, then this is not the place.... more

This hotel is well situated in a small street in Soller town. It was however fairly noisy - there was building work going on during the daytime in an adjacent property, dogs barking, etc. and so not as tranquil as might be expected. The hotel itself is well and stylishly furnished but there is a total lack of staff presence. It... more

We are well travelled and tend not to go back to the same place more than once but I have just booked to go there for the 3rd time. We use it as our annual battery re-charging holiday. 4 or 5 nights feel like you've been away for around 8 - 10 days. It's an oasis of calm and serenity... more

I stayed at Hotel Salvia for 5 nights from 28th of August. Taxi transfer from airport excellent. Kim, the friendly Manager was waiting to greet me even though it was late. I was in Room 1, The Red Rose Room. Fabulous large room with stunning views of the garden. Super bathroom, fresh flowers which were changed every day. Bathrobes, slippers... more

We rented the entire hotel for three nights in June and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The staff could not have been more helpful and the hotel itself was everything we had hoped for. We in fact spent three weeks travelling around different parts of Spain and were dissapointed that we didn't book more time at the Salvia as it... more

A warning to all trip advisor readers. Do NOT book this hotel! In October 2006 we booked to stay there in July 2007. This was booked direct with the hotel and written confirmation received. Less than 3 weeks before our departure, we have just been told that our booking has been cancelled. Although we have flights booked, no compensation has... more

We stayed at this hotel last Sept 06. The hotel is lovely together with it's beautiful gardens and pool. We stayed in the standard room which was very nice as it was one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel, however there are only six rooms. The pool area is very comfortable and so so quiet and relaxing. It's unfortunate... more

Together with friends we stayed for 2 nights in September 2006 at the Hotel Salvia. This is a gorgeous hotel with extremely pleasant staff. The suite we stayed in was lovely and the views (from the bathroom and day room) exceptional. Very surprised at the negative review previously posted I felt their comments were extremely unfair. Hence this review I... more

Having stayed at the hotel Salvia previously, we looked forward to our return, unfortunately due to the tragic death of the owner "Siobhan", the hotel has lost a great deal of it´'s magic! Whilst the charm of the hotel remains, we found the management somewhat lacking in both proffesionalism and courtesey. The manager who was not there to greet us,... more
