I traveled with friends to Margarita, Island from Valencia, Venezuela. I have to be honest...Margarita was a disappointment. The room was dank and dreary. We used the small stove topand we were unable to turn it off. I called maintenance and they were very blase. After hanging up I had no idea if anyone was coming or not. I went... more

Stayed there between March 20th and 24th in the village part of the hotel Rooms were tiny and not very clean. There were thick layers of dust on the air conditioning unit. The bed sheets were very old and had holes in them. The “room service” came to “clean” the rooms but hardly ever remembered to bring any new towels.... more

We were given our keys and had to find our way to our rooms. It wasnt fantastic. No warm water, no fan, no warmer, scary room, small bathroom. i suggest that Guests should be taken by a bellboy who speak some english. 2 days after we were given another room which was better so we were happy. i also think... more

The bedroom is poorly maintained and definately not suited for a couple's first anniversary, cold tiles, a noisy ceiling fan & air condition unit, tv with 3 channels, a fridge that does not work and you cannot use their pipe water to drink or... more

I must point out that I stayed in the hotel's towers, not the village part of the resort and therefore my comments are specific to the towers. The only thing positive I can say about this place is that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and really tried their best to accomodate expectations. This was nearly impossible due to... more

I stayed at this hotel on three ocassions in the past two years. The first time, in December 2005, could only be described as a nightmare. The food was terrible, we were forced to wade through water to get to our rooms after some rain, and several in the group fell ill during our stay there including myself. I swore... more
