Get the upgrade to the King room...you won't regret it! Didn't hear any construction noises or anything...staff was excellent...really a nice hotel and I look forward to staying there after everything's completed. No issues of any kind...great room...good view! more

My sister, her partner and I spent a comfortable four days at the centrally located Cosmopolitan Hotel. Our two rooms were in a quiet alcove on the 14th floor. Because we booked online, we found a rate for two rooms that was significantly lower than some that people have complained about on TripAdvisor. During our stay, we appreciated the free... more

Other than breakfast, plan on eating anywhere but in the hotel. The menu is very short and over-priced for the area, the food is marginal and the service very, very slow. In addition, they provide NO smoking rooms. That may be a plus for some but certainly a MINUS for others. more

This hotel was once a Hilton, then it was a Radisson, now it is the Cosmopolitan. I stayed in it when it was the Hilton, it was very nice. When it was the Radisson it was satisfactory. Now it is deplorable. It is dirty, dirty, dirty. The wallpaper is peeling. The carpets were not vaccumed. The sink and tub had... more

This property has gone through several different ownerships, most recently as a Raddison before its current life as the Cosmopolitan (which I guess is an independent, non-franchise hotel). The main thing that this hotel has going for it is its location. It is one block off the square in Fayetteville and only three blocks from upper Dickson Street, where all... more

There are some parts of the Radisson left over at this hotel, and my favorite one was the sleep-number beds. The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and I loved the location. FYI, the water pressure/temperature is TERRIBLE. I notified the front desk who sent up someone right away to fix the problem, but the pressure was unable to... more

The hotel was dated, walls were paper-thin, and every time the air conditioning turned on it was like an alarm clock going off. The first night we were there, a pipe under the sink broke and flooded part of our room. Had the conference we were attending been held elsewhere, we would not have stayed there. I think for the... more

OK.... A Radisson.... not my favorite chain, but the only hotel with rooms within a 30 mile radius of Bentonville, and the only one with a conference room. The rooms were very clean, but with a dated decor. The staff was friendly and everything was easy wth no complaints. If you need to stay in Fayetteville and something simple and... more

Before I write the review for this hotel I want to make it clear that my last stay with a Hotel above 2 stars ended in complete chaos and will never stay there again. It was a 5 star hotel that had 3 fire's in one night and the pipes exploded, almost got severly hurt. So, the Radisson didn't really... more

I grew up in Fayetteville and go there often. I saw this building being built. I have stayed there probably fifty times in twenty five years. It needs to be remodeled. The managers and staff should be let go. I was there last summer and stayed in the governors suite and it was wonderful. Except a teenage girl pulled the... more
