Stayed at Holiday Inn Express prior to it becoming a Hotel & Suites, the updates and changes have a refreshing surprise. The new soft goods, decor and carpets have added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the last week of October during a Wal-Mart Conference being held at Embassy Suites. I stayed here because Embassy Suites had no rooms. Had a king jacuzzi suite. This Holiday Inn is starting to show its age a little. Some of the wallpaper was peeling in the hallways and the carpets had some stains. The front doors pull open from the outside, which is not good if you have luggage in your hand. The side entrances are so-so. You use your keycard to get in, but the locks... more
