My family has stayed at many Fairfield Inns and this one is definitely sub-par. Our bedroom and bathroom were very run down and in need of repair. The beds were comfortable but had old (wonder what’s on them) bedspreads. However, the room appeared to be clean but was in very shabby condition. My family did not use the pool/spa area.... more

This is one of those somewhat underwhelming, no complaints type of places. We had no negative experiences during our one-night stay, but I'm writing this review just before we check out because I'm sure to forget the property as soon as we're off the lot! Consider everything as "good" -- the bed, the furniture, the space, the bathroom, the somewhat... more

I just stayed here this past weekend due to it being the closest Marriott property to the Grand Canyon and let me tell you, it really is substandard and in need of serious renovation. The bed was hard and lumpy. The bench/ottoman that was beside the bed had a broken leg and was propped up against the wall so that... more

Very average property. Stayed there due to proximity to Grand Canyon. Breakfast was typical thaw and serve products, etc... Room was clean. However, the mattress wobbled off the pedestal it was on whenever one rolled toward the edge. Watch out or you'll end up on the floor. more

We stayed for two nights at this hotel, which is just off I-40. Positives: The rooms were neat and clean, the beds were firm (which we like). Furnishings and linen were in good condition, and the carpet in our room and hallways was also in good shape with no stains. Hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hustle... more

The room we stayed in needed renovation. The bathroom needed repair. There were rust stains in the tub. The staff were very friendly. Our least favorite Marriott stay of our 15 day vacation. more

As a base to get to the Grand Canyon, the hotel was okay. It was only just off the freeway, and only three blocks from the Grand Canyon railroad. As it was summer, the hotel was packed, and breakfast proved problematic - not served for long enough so nowhere to sit down. Wireless internet access was very problematic - it... more

We had a lovely big room although the bathrooms could do with a little makeover (although not grubby). Needless to say (as with all Marriotts) the beds were divine so a good night's sleep guaranteed. The lady who checked us in was Dezray and she was SO lovely - very helpful and lovely. She asked us where we wanted to... more

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn on the way to the Grand Canyon (53 miles up the road). We drove to Williams from Las Vegas and were hoping to use Marriott points for a couple nights. The Fairfield Inn more than met our requirements. We had a very clean, quiet room overlooking the pooll, which my kids really enjoyed! The "continental... more

My wife and I stayed here for one night before travelling to the Grand Canyon the next day. This is a typical Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Hot breakfast in the morning is the best part about the place and of course its free too. Our room was bigger than average as they placed us in a handicap room, so the... more
