only if you get a good price. We were at a conference close by and scored this condo for about $50 a night! We got a clean, spacious fully equipped condo and we felt very satisfied. If we had paid $160/night I would have been less enthusastic. The condo was slightly dated but ours was clean and on the third... more

The first thing to know is this is a timeshare property and you will be hit up to listen to a sales pitch and attend a sales meeting. We simply explained that we did not have time and we were not interested. The sales staff hit us up one more time and when we politely sad no, the issue was... more

We stayed at this resort the week of July 27-August 31, 2008. I am very upset because they schedule us to take a tour to sell us a timeshare from another resort. They asked me to leave $20 to reserve the tour time and I was so stupid I did give them the $ 20. They said it will be... more

Stayed here August 08 - room was nice but could use small detailing - like slight mold in bathroom, no facility maps in room, and no TVs in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable but another memeber of the family group in a different room got a case of biting bedbugs. The pool is too small for the complex but the gym... more

We recently stayed at the Scottsdale Links resorts. We traded with Interval International. Note, it is no longer owned by Sunterra, but it is now owned by Diamond. The checkin was fast and pleasant. We asked for a quiet room, and we got that from an outside point of view (didn't have a lot of noise outside of the room)... more

We stayed at the Scottsdale Links from 3/14 - 3/21. The Resort Check In: We checked in late Friday night (after a long drive from Vegas). We were well received and referred to the "concierge" for a welcome packet. The welcome packet included a strong sell on a time share presentation, and when we politely refused, it was followed by... more

Sunterra owner and Trip adviser member. Due to unavoidable delays I could not book my Vacation early which is what you have to do in the Time Share environment to get choice locations. My wife wanted time at the shore (Salt Water and Sand) but after checking the ENTIRE Time Share world all I came up with was ( SAND... more

Stayed at Scottsdale Links with two other friends for our annual Spring trip to Phoenix. Had a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit, #270. The unit was clean, the towels were brand new as they still had the "inspected by" sticker on them, very thick and soft. Our unit was adjacent to the main east/west road, Bell Road, and so we had... more

Stayed at the Scottsdale Links resort for 3 nights last week and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the 1 bedroom unit and comfortable king size bed. The top floor (3 storey walk-up) end unit was well equiped, nicely furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony of our unit wasn't much unless you leaned out to get... more

Excellent value. Great location too. Rooms were extremely clean and well equipped with nice furnishings and a VERY comfortable bed. The only negative that we could comment on were the linens were sub-par. There were holes in the sheets and towels. But there was a lot of extras available. The maid service was efficient. We stayed 2 full weeks and... more
