This hotel if fab. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon which was when the DJ was playing turns around the pool and boy was the music loud but that was fine, suprisingly when we got into our room you could hardly hear anything. The rooms were amazing very trendy,... more

We stayed three nights at the Valley Ho this week and it was FANTASTIC. We had a Studio which was super groovy. Loved the bathtub in the room, the colors and just the general vibe. We had stayed two nights at the Phoenician which was nice, but super stuffy and old school. The Valley Ho was like a breath of... more

This is a fun little hotel, but I can only recommend it for short trips. Though they bill themselves as an “urban resort”, make no mistake that it’s just an old courtyard motor inn with a tower tacked on that’s been given a nifty retro makeover. If you’ve seen the TV show “Mad Men”, it’s exactly that kind of vibe.... more

The only thing that stood out to me was the decoration of the lobby. The service everywhere was sub par. Service at the pool was painfully slow. Food at the restaurant was average at best. In our first room, the AC unit did not work and we ended up having to move rooms at 2am because we could not handle... more

I came in from Florida for the Dave Matthews band show and loved my stay. The rooms are funky and all have a sitting area out back with two chairs a table and a lounge chair. I love a hotel that lets you enjoy the outside rather than being stuck in your room with no balcony. The beds where really... more

When I first arrived on a Thursday, I thought the property looked well maintained, and fairly slick. We stayed in a standard room which was very small. Everything was clean, but cramped. The pool area is tiny and on Friday night and all weekend was completely overrun with drunk twentysomething frat boys, and what appeared to be strippers and escorts.... more

My husband and I spent three delightful days at the Hotel Valley Ho in July. First of all, let me tell you that we are both in our 50's and that this hotel certainly appealed to us. We had booked a Signature room in the Tower, pool view. This is what we got much to our delight. the room --... more

My friend and I stayed at the Hotel Valley Ho for a weekend girlfriend getaway. First of all, let me say that the hotel is very cool! We really appreciated the hip, modern feel of the entire property. The check in was a breeze and we found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. We also decided that you... more

Litlle late to write but the hotel does deserve the recognition. great and clean rooms, modern and minimalistic on the cheap end, yet cosy and comfortable just cause its so funky. On the high end we enjoyed an awesome 2 bedroom suite ( large open area with kitchen, living area and great bathroom) and seperate lockoff basic room connected. Pool... more

We loved the location, the staff were fantastic and the food ok and good value, but there were a few things which you need to know if you're going to stay here: 1. The pool area isn't very big, so I imagine when the hotel is full it can get crowded 2. If you're not into DJs and lots of... more
