Centralized for those who want to be near the airport to catch an early flight. Lobby area, nicely presented. Room - big enough to feel comfortable with access to internet for $9.95, bed is quite comfortable for a good night sleep and walls thick enough not to hear your next door neighbor. Bathrooms are big enough with assortment of shampoo,... more

This is standard Marriott fare, near the airport, convenient for those of us with an early morning flight. There is no other reason why you should stay in this hotel. The area is just OK - there is some shopping and dining about a mile down the street, but nothing spectacular. If you get too close to the airport, the... more

We stay here 2 nights on the way in and out of Phoenix. We went to the Grand Canyon in between. The staff here was really nice. Friendly, helpful and professional. A guy that is a regular there said the staff is always like that. Rooms were good. We paid over $200 on a weeknight and about $130 for a... more

I recieved a Friday and Saturday night stay from a charity auction. However, as I wanted to go to the Grand Canyon, I asked if they would honor the second night upon my return. The answer was a quick accommodating, "YES". The room was pleasant and spacious. Free bottled water was available. The only problem was that I tried to... more

Booked a stay here since the Doubletree down the street was full during the time I was in Phoenix. The lobby area is nice and the staff are friendly. The rooms however were not impressive at all for $200/night. I counted five different locations where the wallpaper was peeling off. There was no molding on the floor/wall which made the... more

We found the Marriott Phoenix Airport Hotel to be an excellent choice for staying near the airport prior to catching an early morning flight. Earlier this year, our airline altered their schedule requiring us to catch a very early departure from Phoenix to return East. Under the circumstances, we had two criteria to consider for this visit: the quality of... more

Great room, nice lobby, pool & spa excellent, friendly nice helpful staff , amazing window in room to look out of, great bedding and pillows. Locals consider this area bad but it isn't. Location fine, good freeway access. Parking lot is a problem, no shade, prior to getting into your car expect a 10 minute cool of time because phoenix... more

My husband and I just got back from a two night stay here. Pros: location, cleanliness, quiet, friendly staff, comfortable bedding, noon check out. Cons: no refrigerator in room, pricey restaurant, no continental breakfast. We would stay here again if we had to simply for the location, but there are a bunch of other hotels in the area so we... more

We stayed at the Marriott Phoenix Airport during a weekend in early March. The hotel was clean and quiet, with updated bedding and a very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was excellent--an innovative menu with well-executed dishes (including some healthy options), a reasonable wine list (including by the glass) and a conscientious wait staff. The restaurant manager was in evidence... more

This hotel is pretty much all about the location. Its very much your typical, standard-issue nice, fine, clean and comfortable Marriott. Nothing fancy about it. But it's nicely located near Sky Harbor Airport for those early-morning departures out of Phoenix. Room was comfortable, concierge room breakfast was good (I especially appreciated the fact that they kept the concierge room open... more
