My Boyfriend and I stayed here a few times while travelling in Argentina and each experience at The Moreno was great. The first time we arrived at 8am after a long flight and the staff could not have been nicer, checked us in straight away. Although not fully finished (Bar Restaurant Theatre etc to come) I really don’t think we... more
We booked through the hotel website - they offer a best price guarrantee, and had an extra large room, which was in fact massive, we stayed for six nights. The hotel is still not fully open, there is no restaurant, no room serivce, no bar, no theatre, no rooftop BBQ. What is open is the rooms, reception and the breakfast... more
My partner and I are extremely happy that we stayed in this hotel. Location is great, not right in San Telmo which is actually good, it is only 10 min. away from Casa Rosada and 15 min. from Puerto Madero. The Hotel is spotless, both common areas and rooms, even the whole place has a fantastic smell... We stayed in... more
Just returned from a two night stay at The Moreno Hotel. Enjoyed the spaciousness of an extra, extra large room. The location provides easy access to Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo and Puerto Madero. Wi fi was free and reasonably solid. Breakfast was pastries, breads, and cereals. Mini bar provided Quilmes beer, soda and water at very reasonable prices. TV... more

However, once you... more
For a long weekend in Buenos Aires, I don't think we could have done any better. This brand new hotel is beautifully designed, the staff speak English and are warm and friendly, free WiFi in the rooms, and our room was BIG and comfortable. We've been to BA lots of times and stayed in several hotels, and this one is... more
Walking into the hotel felt a little dicey and had we not booked based on a great recommendation we may not have made it to the 1st floor. Fortunately, we did and were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and warm reception. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable but the TV quality was poor. The bed was big and... more
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and professional and the rooms are large and beautifully furnished. For the price it compares very well with 4 and 5 star establishments and its location is ideal for business and nipping into San Telmo or Puerto Madero in the evening. more
My fiance and I stayed at the Moreno for three nights and found the hotel staff to be very friendly but there was a lot of miscommunication. I think there are some "kinks" to be worked out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern but if your going to stay at the Moreno to rest....forget about it! The beds were... more
